What to include
- About an order: your order reference (it starts
SC-) and what needs changing. - About paying: your order reference — if the payment email hasn't arrived within a working day, say so and we'll resend it.
- About sizing: the product name and your usual UK size — we'll tell you how that piece runs.
- About stock: the product and size you want; we'll say when the next run lands.
Returns
Email first and we'll send return instructions. Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us — see the returns policy for the 14-day window and what condition items need to be in.
