This policy explains what SupaClon3s does with your personal information when you order from this website. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.

Who we are

SupaClon3s is a UK-based online retailer of footwear, outerwear, bags and ready-to-wear. We are the data controller for the information described below. Contact us at orders@supaclon3s.co.uk for anything in this policy, including a request for our full trading address.

What we collect, and why

• When you place an order: your name, email address, delivery address, optional phone number, any note you add, and what you ordered. We use this to arrange payment, send you your order, and answer questions about it. The lawful basis is performance of a contract with you.
• Technical information: your IP address and browser user-agent are stored with the order as a basic fraud check. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in preventing fraudulent orders.

We do not ask for card details anywhere on this website, and we never see or store them.

If you choose to pay in Bitcoin, the payment request is created by our own BTCPay Server, which records your order reference and the amount — no payment company is involved. A Bitcoin payment is recorded permanently on the public Bitcoin blockchain, which anyone can view: it does not show your name, but it does show the amount and the Bitcoin addresses involved.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media trackers. Your cart is stored in your own browser so it survives a page reload; it never reaches us until you place an order, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Who else handles your information

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and the database your order is stored in. Order records are held in Cloudflare's Western Europe region.
• Resend, which sends through Amazon SES — delivers your order confirmation and the payment email.

Both act on our instructions as processors. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years, which is how long UK tax rules require us to retain records of a sale. Emails about an order are kept for two years. If an order is cancelled before payment, the record is deleted within 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email orders@supaclon3s.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
