UK delivery

  • Free on every order — no minimum spend, no delivery charge at any point.
  • Dispatched within 2 working days of your payment clearing, arriving 2–4 working days after that.
  • Sent tracked — you get the tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

When the clock starts

Because payment is arranged by email rather than taken on the site, the delivery timeline starts when your payment clears, not when you place the order. Your items are held for you in the meantime, so nothing sells out from under you while you are paying.

Where we ship

UK only, including Northern Ireland. We do not ship outside the UK. If your address is a BFPO, a PO box, or a UK island that carries a courier surcharge, email us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of the dispatch email, email orders@supaclon3s.co.uk with your order reference. We will chase the courier and either replace the order or refund it in full.
