These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell genuine, new, current-season items only. Every product is checked before listing; see our Authenticity page for how. Colours may vary slightly from photos due to screen display. Sizing follows the size guide on each product page — contact us before ordering if you're unsure.

Order and contract formation

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch your order — not when we confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract for the sale of goods is formed at the point of dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where stock becomes unavailable or a pricing error is identified (see below), in which case you will be refunded in full.

Pricing and pricing errors

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before checkout, never added afterwards. In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, or to cancel the order for a full refund. We are not obliged to fulfil an order at an erroneous price.

Discounts and promotions

We do not display "was" or "compare at" pricing unless an item genuinely sold at that price for 28 consecutive days prior, in line with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. Any stock-level messaging (for example, low stock indicators) reflects real inventory at the time of viewing, not a marketing device.

Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card details.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Subject to that, our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from an order or these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, mandatory local consumer protections in your jurisdiction of residence are not affected by this clause.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
