Who we are

SupaClon3s is an online shop based in the United Kingdom. Not VAT registered. You can reach us at orders@supaclon3s.co.uk. These terms apply to every order placed through this website; by placing an order you agree to them.

How ordering works

This website does not take card payments and never asks for card details.

  1. You place an order. That is an offer to buy, not a completed sale.
  2. We email you an acknowledgement with an order reference, then bank-transfer details — normally within 2 hours, and always within one working day.
  3. Your items are held for you for 48 hours from that email. If payment has not cleared by then the order is released and the items go back on sale.
  4. The contract between us is formed when your payment clears and we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil the order at that point — a stock error, a pricing error, or an address we cannot deliver to — we refund you in full and neither side owes the other anything further.

Paying in Bitcoin. You can pay an order in Bitcoin instead of by bank transfer, from the order confirmation screen or email. Bitcoin payments go through our own BTCPay Server straight to our wallet — no payment company is involved. Prices are in pounds: when you open the Bitcoin payment, the Bitcoin amount for your order total is fixed for 30 minutes. The Bitcoin network fee is paid by the sender. A Bitcoin payment counts as cleared once it has one network confirmation, and the same 48-hour hold applies. Any refund on a Bitcoin-paid order is for the pound amount you paid, arranged by email.

Prices and descriptions

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged; the price shown is the price you pay. We describe every item as accurately as we can, but photographs are illustrative and colours vary between screens. Sizes follow UK sizing unless the product page says otherwise, and the fit note on each product page tells you where a style runs large or small.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

See our delivery policy and returns policy. Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving an order is set out there in full.

Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Complaints and law

Email orders@supaclon3s.co.uk and we will respond within two working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and proceedings can be brought in the courts of England and Wales, or of the UK nation you live in.
